Incentive Travel Photos – Miami & Disney
Over the past few years, ZaraZoo has established itself as one of the leading companies for Corporate Incentive Travel Photos. This year we 25-minute two trips with Impact Incentives to the United States and also covered the Volcano Kick-off Cruise on the Mediterranean. It might be non-stop hard work, but it is also a chance for us to travel and see the world – the proverbial “photographers dream”.
Our first trip with Impact Incentives (Corporate Incentive Travel organisers), took all the way to Miami & Disney World Orlando. Our clients, the top performers of one of South Africa and Africa’s leading insurance companies.
The base for the Miami leg was the impressive Delano Hotel, once owned by Madonna and known celebrity hangout spot. Our days were jam-packed with trips to shopping outlets, and visits to famous tourist spots an eateries in and around Miami. One of my favourite outings being lunch at the well known Alabama Jacks Restaurant on the Florida Quays.

Corporate Incentive Travel Trips
ZaraZoo Photography has been part of quite a few of these awesome incentive travel trips as corporate event photographers. Each trip and every group is unique! Usually, there are gala dinners or award ceremonies to formally give the top performers credit for their hard work and achievements. Nothing quite like a black-tie event to make you feel like a winner.
To honour the achievers, a gala dinner with award ceremony is done on each trip. This year, the gala dinner was hosted at the prestigious Fisher Island club – the playground of the Miami rich and famous. it was on this evening that I took one of the favourite photos of the trip, the Miami Skyline over the ocean – Love it!!!
A Business Travel Group Going to a Theme Park
From Miami, the group departed to Disney World, Orlando for a 3-day stay at the worlds best-known theme parks. I’ve heard a lot about Disney World, but this was my first time and even though I expected something fantastic, I was still totally gobsmacked by the sheer size and scale of this attraction. Our Hotel, Boardwalk at Disney, was right next to Epcot Centre, but to get to the other 3 parks we had a 25-minute bus trip on some cases – and that is all on Disney owned property!!! Disney World sits on 40 square miles of land! That is the size of the whole of the city of San Francisco!
While in Orlando, we also visited Universal Studios, where we had supper at Margaritaville, followed by a fantastic show by Blue Man Group.
Traveling to the United States for the first time in 9 years was fantastic – hopefully going back soon!
Keep a look out on the blog for my blog post on the 2nd half of my US trip. For our second group of achievers, we went back to Miami. From where we boarded the biggest Cruise liner in the world! A Caribbean cruise, stopping at Haiti, Jamaica and Mexico.
