Maria & Sydney’s wedding at 12 Apostles Hotel in Camps Bay was our first at this 5-star hotel and wedding venue in quite a while.  It definitely still is one of the best all-in-one options for international couples wanting everything to take place in one spot.

I met Maria & Syd in Greece while doing their friends Deanna & Dimitri’s wedding.  Little did i know that just 2 years later I would be taking the photos at their wedding.  They’re definitely one of the most fun couples I have worked with over the years – made my job a breeze on the day!

Maria (Bulgarian) & Syd lives in London and is part of a bigger Greek crowd in which we’ve covered 4 weddings now – Awesome group of people to work with – they even twisted my arm to have a tequila with them later that eve!

Preps were done at the 12 Apostles Hotel and the ceremony on the lawn overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  For the bridal party photos I took them up the mountain (sorry for the trek guys!).  Couple photos done at Cozi Bay, a small little secluded bay right opposite the venue.

The 12 Apostles is one of only a few venues in Cape Town with a sea front view and that makes it extremely popular.  Here’s more in our Venue Review.
