Man, this job is just getting better and better!

A little more than a week ago, we covered a Springbok Rugby Team event in Cape Town.  What an honour to be a photographer at such a high profile corporate event & to meet and take photos of South Africa’s heroes!

Apart from the fact that these guys are absolute giants in real life, I must also vouch that they are a bunch of really nice guys!  Heyneke Meyer – such a down to earth, yet focused character.  And Jean de Villiers – a captain with a brilliant sense of humor and 100% behind his team!

The event was held at “The Lookout” in the V&A Waterfront – this venue must have one of the best views in Cape Town, for that matter South Africa!  Hans & the team of The Aleit Group did an outstanding job in organising the event – who said our burly boys can’t party in style!  Also a big thumbs-up to Stir Food – it can’t be an easy job to cater for 250 beefy rugby players and guests!

In case you wondered…  the Bokke already left at 10pm – good to know the boys are keeping it calm before the big test match against Argentina this weekend.
