Paris – “Velib” diaries

Just two weeks ago I was crisscrossing Paris with a bicycle called the “Velib”. What a clever and healthy alternative to taking the Metro (underground trains) between sites! Did you know that the center of Paris is just 11km across! Not only is it faster to travel this way, but also cheaper and you get to see all the sites above the ground as you pedal.

This post contains just a few of the photos I took during my last day in Paris.Keep an eye on the blog tomorrow for photos of the annual Africa Energy Forum that we covered in this beautiful city.
