Jorrie, a cameraman for Homebrew films and Alret are getting married at the Sandpiper in Yzerfontein. To keep with their beach theme, we did the e-session on the Mouille Point promenade. The idea was to do some beach shots as well, but to my disappointment, I found out that there was no quick access down to the beach. So, all the shots were taken on the promenade – some spectacular silhouette’s with the sunset!

For the shot above, I had them run towards each other in separate lanes, to avoid them colliding in midair. Alret brought the ribbon along as a prop.
Another idea I had, was to use the Mouille Point lighthouse in some shots – but when we got there the whole thing was wrapped in scaffolding for refurbishment! The wind was also quite strong but subsided after sunset. Thanks to Saul Silberstein ( my future brother in law) for assisting me at short notice!
