Clouds Estate Ceremony – Kundai & Patrick

Kundai and Partick’s wedding was one of the most lavish we did this season. The wedding coordinators, Wedding Concepts, were given a blank canvas with this one – and what an amazing job they did! Pity the rain messed things up a bit… but with a pretty bride like Kundai, you can only get great results!!
Part 1 of this wedding focuses on the preparations and ceremony that happened at Clouds Estate.
Part 2 – The reception at Molenvliet Wine & Guest Estate down the road. Part 2 will be posted tomorrow.

Second Photographer – Andre van Nierkerk
Kundai is from Zimbabwe and Partick a high flying businessman from Congo but they now live in Cape Town. Kundai has the perfect skin! A joy to photograph and not retouching needed!!!
The couple went all out and booked Clouds Estate for the preparations and ceremony. I must say, the open air Piazza at Clouds must be one of the most beautiful spots in the whole of the Stellenbosch area. The view of the mountains from there is breathtaking. Unfortunately the rain dampened their plans, so the ceremony was conducted on the second level.
Different - Interesting ceremony, conducted in English and French (Patrick’s mother tongue being french) – what a romantic language!!!
Then, for the reception, Kundai booked Molenvliet Wine and Guest Estate… If this does not turn out to be the most sought after wedding spot of 2009, then I’ll eat my camera! More photos of the party and the fabulous decor at Molenvliet in Part 2.
