After my wedding last weekend, Clouds Estate definitely rates under my top 10 venues in the Western Cape! Shahnaz & Robert was also such a relaxed and fun couple to work with! Everything was perfect and so are the photos – enjoy!

Shahnaz and the girls got ready in the very stylish and cosy honeymoon suite at Clouds Estate. Like the rest of the venue, this room has so much to work with – what a feast. I love the shot of the ear rings at the top. This photo tells a story…. I think…. what it tells, I don’t know….. haha
Wow Wow Wow…. Shahnaz you looked like a million dollars, or should I say a billion dollars? Shahnaz’s make-up and hair was done by Lianne Kakebeke. This girl knows her stuff! The dress is yet another one of Cindy Bam‘s amazing creations – so fitting to Shahnaz’s bubbly personality! Cindy Bam is one of the top Wedding dress designers in South Africa.
The reception venue at Clouds Estate can seat about 80 people – stylish, chick, modern and airy are just a few words to describe this awesome spot. The heated outdoor lounge setup is also a great gettaway for those that want to chat while others throw the moves on the dance floor.
The pre-drinks and canape’s were served on the top deck – man, you have to see the view of the mountains from there!
Most of the day was spontaneous, so the couple session was also quite infromal – we did it on the balcony of the main building. For once I got my way to do loads of architecture shots – I love lines and curves and this must be why I have falen in love with Clouds!
By the time I left, at 21:30, the party was in full swing! Almost everyone joined in on the dancefloor – Rob told me on a few occasions that these guys can party! This wedding rates under my top 10!!!!. Thanks for chosing ZaraZoo to do the photography!

Clouds Estate is situated between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek on the Helshoogte Pass. The view from the piazza is certainly one of the most scenic in the Cape Winelands, if not South Africa!!
Rob Wrensch runs a successful Film and Television productions company in Cape Town called Big Air Marketing.
