International Wedding Photographers ZaraZoo Wedding Photography – Cape Town

Cathy and Saul are getting married at Boschendal Wine Estate in February next year.  Cathy is my sister in law, so it was a very relaxed and fun shoot.

Like the shoot I did at the Bang Bang Club in Cape town less than a week ago, I again had my doubts on how safe it would be to shoot in town… but again I was pleasantly surprised!  Cape Town is safe and has so much to work with; the mountain, the city buildings; the artwork…

The next two images was taken on the platform close of the municipal & Artscape buildings.  This interesting piece of art was a great feature to work with.  Cathy and Saul were up for anything and that made my work easy.

Saul told me that all the skate boarders use to come to this spot to hang out and do tricks.  Then, to keep to the theme, he suggested to jump from a wall….  But after the 3rd jump i think he regretted it.  And sorry to say Saul, but the first shot was the keeper!

I just had to put this below shot in… fun and irritation mixed hehehe – obviously set up like that.  I love architecture, patterns and lines in my photos and this was just a fun way of mixing the linear barrier posts into the e-session.

Cathy and Saul is a unique couple, so well suited to each other.  I am looking forward to shooting their wedding next year.
