A more cosmopolitan wedding than this one would be hard to find. The bride is American – the groom Irish – they live in Angola and they got married in South Africa!!!

This couple loves Cape Town. They chose all their favourite spots in and around town for the different stages of the wedding.
- Their E-session was done at the Round House, just off Kloof Nek & Glen Beach, Campsbay.
- Neesha’s preparations was done at Atlantic View guest house in Campsbay.
- The spiritual ceremony was done at Taunton Garden at Mount Nelson Hotel.
- The couple photo shoot at LA MED in Clifton.
- Hindu ceremony & reception at Aubergine Restaurant in Cape Town.
To fit in all this, Andre and the crew worked a 12 hour day!!!!
After the couple photo shoot, Keith & Neesha met up with their guests at the Mount Nelson Hotel. From there they were escorted to the reception venue by a bagpiper. Man… did we get funny looks from ongoing motorists and pedestrians!!! We think it is very original and fits right in with the cosmopolitan theme of the day – Scottish bagpiper in Cape Town???
Neesha is half British and half Indian. So why not also have a Hindu ceremony – while are at the whole multi cutural thing!! Neesha’s brother conducted the small Hindu ceremony at the Aubergine Restaurant. This was also the last stop of the day. Here, the guests were entertained by DJ Alex of Kayembe and enjoyed the fine cuisine prepared by chef Harald Bresselschmidt.

The Mount Nelson Hotel is situated in the Centre of Cape Town and is one of South Africa’s most famous hotels. It offers a variety of function and event solutions.
