Backsberg E-session

Ashley & Olivia live and work in Jozie, but they were born and bred here in Cape Town. They are getting married at Backsberg Wine estate in March. I met up with them before the holidays to run through the venue and do a few fun shots before the wedding.
Olivia is absolutely gorgeous and Ashley is also a good looking bloke. I can’t wait to shoot these two in their wedding attire.
We are not big on props, but the deck of cards was something different. A quick game of Snap and a few camera snaps – the result: some interesting shots Both Andre and myself love the shot of the feet under the table.

Apart from the vinyards and amazing views of the Franschhoek mountains, Backsberg has lovely gardens and so much to work with. The shade of this big oak was a welcome relief from the heat of the sun with the ladder shots.

Backsberg is situated right in the heart of wine country. It is located between Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek and a mere 40 minutes from Cape Town.
